We are seeking an accomplished Sales Management professional with proven experience in the office products industry who would be interested in continuing their career in the Cayman Islands.

Our client is the premier provider of office products and supplies, consumables, office furniture, business equipment and technology in the sunny Cayman Islands. With more than 20 years of successful history behind them, their customer base includes a cross section of both local and international companies in verticals including banking, investment and financial services, legal, government, education, hospitality and more. 

This will be a rewarding opportunity for the right person interested in adding international experience to their career repertoire while enjoying a total change of environment and lifestyle in Grand Cayman.

The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a strong team of local and expatriate staff members and making a key contribution to the continuing growth and success of the organization. This is a full time, permanent position based in Grand Cayman therefore relocation to the Island is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing, mentoring, coaching and developing the inside and outside sales teams
  • Managing client relationships and developing business from new and existing clients
  • Assisting with new product selection, marketing campaigns and business strategy
  • Preparing reports for senior management and directors
We're looking for the following:
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven success in a Sales Management role with an office products/office supplies company (direct office products sales background is required)
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, develop and manage an effective sales team
  • Demonstrable success in achieving/exceeding sales targets in the office products industry (office supplies and consumables)
  • Strong knowledge of product lines and industry trends in the office products industry including supplies and consumables, stationary, office furniture, copier/MFP, printing and relevant office technology
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Completion of formal sales training course(s)
