Account Manager - Office Products & Supplies

We are seeking a sales professional with proven business to business, outside sales experience in the office supplies industry who would interested in continuing their career in the Cayman Islands.

Our client is a top provider of office products and supplies, consumables and technology in sunny Grand Cayman. Their customer base includes a cross section of both local and international companies in verticals including banking, financial, government, education, legal, hospitality and others. 

The post holder will be expected to:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities, schedule meetings and conduct presentations on company offerings in the area of office supplies, consumables and related office products
  • Work with customers to analyze needs and create proposals to address those needs effectively while negotiating pricing and other terms 
  • Ensure the proper level of activity is undertaken in order to generate sales results that achieve /exceed targets 
  • Maintain and generate new business within existing customer accounts
  • Participate in self development and training, ensuring current product knowledge and keeping abreast of new and emerging office product lines


  • Minimum of 2 years of proven business to business, outside sales experience with a major player in the office products/office supplies industry
  • Demonstrable success in achieving/exceeding sales quotas/targets in the office products industry
  • Proven ability to source leads, cold call, identify business needs, turn prospects into customers, close sales, account management (retention and growth)
  • Must be ambitious, goal-oriented, organized and professional
  • Post secondary degree/diploma in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Completion of sales training course(s)
