The opportunity:

On behalf of our client, a premier provider of IT solutions in the Cayman Islands, we are searching for an experienced Sales Professional with a proven ability to grow business in the Managed Services space to relocate and join their staff team in Grand Cayman.

The post holder will be responsible for prospecting, proposing and developing new business for our client’s Managed Services division. This will involve calling on and building relationships with a of group of sophisticated corporate entities in the Cayman Islands in verticals including investment, banking, accounting, legal, government, hospitality and more. 

Emphasis will be placed on developing business for the Managed Services offerings but the BDM will be expected to effectively discuss and propose traditional infrastructure solutions including hardware and professional services when appropriate. 

This will be well-suited to a motivated, hungry sales professional who is eager to grow and close new business while being rewarded with an uncapped, commission heavy income in this uniquely lucrative and TAX FREE environment. 


  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of proven experience in an IT solutions sales role with demonstrable success building Managed Services revenue 
  • Proven ability to engage decision makers in small to mid-level accounts, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cloud services and infrastructure solutions including Office 365, Azure, Server and Storage technology, HPE, VMware, Citrix, Cisco Networking, IP Telephony, Unified Communications and IT Security
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field and vendor sales/technical certifications would be an advantage
  • Highly mobile and adaptable to living and working in this unique Caribbean environment
