On behalf of our client, a premier provider of IT solutions in the Cayman Islands, we are searching for a proven IT Sales Professional to relocate and join their staff team in Grand Cayman.

The post holder will be responsible for prospecting, proposing and developing new business in areas including hardware (servers, storage, workstations, networking and more), managed services, integration and professional services. This will involve calling on and building relationships with a of group of sophisticated corporate entities in the Cayman Islands in verticals including investment, banking, accounting, legal, government, hospitality and more.  

This will be well-suited to a motivated sales professional who is eager to grow and close new business while being rewarded with an uncapped, commission heavy income in this uniquely lucrative and TAX FREE environment. 


  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in an IT solutions sales role with a VAR or professional services firm.
  • Proven ability to engage with and effectively manage relationships with a large number of client small to mid-level accounts, preferably within the financial services sector
  • Strong hardware quoting background 
  • Strong technical knowledge of Cloud services and Infrastructure solutions such as Server and Storage technology, HPE, VMware, Citrix, Cisco Networking, Firewalls, IP Telephony,Office 365, Azure etc.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field and vendor sales/technical certifications would be an advantage

Our client is looking for someone able to relocate relatively quickly/easily with the ability to adapt well to this unique business market and Caribbean environment.

A TAX-FREE base salary and uncapped, commission driven compensation model will be offered to the successful candidate.

Relevant work permit, relocation cost assistance, initial temporary housing and health insurance program will also be available.
